Limited liability policy

SBT Group INC (“the Company”) operates solely as a freight brokerage and logistics coordination service. The Company is not a motor carrier, common carrier, contract carrier, or freight forwarder, and does not take possession, custody, or control of any shipments. All transportation services arranged by the Company are performed by independent third-party carriers or service providers. While SBT Group INC exercises reasonable care in selecting and coordinating such carriers, the Company shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, delay, misdelivery, or non-delivery of freight, or for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising therefrom. All shipments are subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and liabilities stated in the applicable carrier’s bill of lading or service agreement. Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate cargo insurance coverage to protect against loss or damage. By engaging SBT Group INC for brokerage or coordination services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the limitations of liability described herein.
